Kimchi Poutine

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Boil potatoes, drain, then bake in oven with olive oil.

  3. Melt butter, add flour and cook until brown. Pour in chicken stock, simmer untill thickened. Add Kimchi, simmer more then take out kimchi.

  4. Sprinkle cheese over fries, and smother the rest with gravy. Top with more kimchi and green onions.
